Based on Bad Squirrel's question, why didn't Genesis 1:1 say something like?

';Stars are thermonuclear engines burning away out in space';?

Nobody would've known what it meant for a long, long time...but eventually we would've understood and had proof.Based on Bad Squirrel's question, why didn't Genesis 1:1 say something like?
Those words didn't exist in Hebrew.Based on Bad Squirrel's question, why didn't Genesis 1:1 say something like?

You make no sense, and any implication against God is a full-blow insult against yourself. Considering that you are God, any mark against him is a mark against yourself, dumbass.
Because ';The world had 4 corners'; is much more fun to interpret.

';That's a metaphor for a sphere...God flunked geometry.';
