He said that even squirrels are smart enough to realize a male squirrel is meant for a female squirrel! WTF! Can I get money out of this insult?? Help!!!

Go to your Human Resources Department, and report him. Don't give him a second chance; just report him. Or else, he will continue this abuse. This needs to stop, and you should not take this abuse from anybody -- particularly your boss.

Yes you could file a lawsuit for this if discrimination in employment based on sexual orientation is illegal in your state (not sure where you live).
Wow, if you are for real you need to file a complaint against him at human resources or something...if the problems persist then you should consult a lawyer, it does sound like a justifiable lawsuit. At the very least, it would be time to look for a new job.
I suggest you post this question in the ';law and ethics'; section, which is under ';politics and government';. You may get some sort of legal advice. I know this is definitely some kind of harassment. Your boss sounds like an idiot, and that is putting it kindly.
You have two options. You can cower down and ignore him or you can tell his superior or human resources representative. Most companies have non-discrimination rules that include sexual orientation. If you don't stand up for yourself you will always be treated that way. Best Wishes~
His comments are inappropriate and you need to report him to his supervisor or the HR department. If you don't have that option then you could file suit against him, but it would have been better had others heard his comments and would be willing to testify.
My boss is a total A**hole too. But he is funny as hell. You can either get offended and fight it, or put up with it and just laugh it off. If you fight it, you could lose your job because it could come down to your word against his. I work for a prison, and my boss has been there forever. People have tried to bring him up on charges before, and it never went anywhere. He has a lot of friends up high. It depends on the situation. Either try to diffuse the situation with humor, ignore it and do your best job in spite of him, look for another job, or fight it. If you fight, you better be prepared to go all the way: get a lawyer.
